Return/Cancellation Policy

  • If the package is returned to the sender, or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
  • If your earrings arrive broken or break within one week of purchase, I will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. Please note, I will do my best to provide quality earrings; however, because polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. I do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but I do strive to provide a high-quality product.
  • I am unable to cancel any orders once they are processed and/or shipped.
